  BEWARE. NO REFUNDS - and a big argument if you ask for one- I bought a door mat which said “for outdoors” but when I got it home in the small print it said must not stand on a wet surface. So it was unfit for my purpose so I took it back in new condition with my receipt. The manager was obstructive about refunding my money and said it was their policy to give a credit note and that it was the law that they didn’t have to refund my money. !!!! I have since looked up the law on the web and pointed out the the sale of goods act says that the retailer has to give a refund if the product does not do what it is supposed to I now have an apology from the shop. (I got my refund at my first visit after insisting on it) This is a shame because it normally is a good shop with a wide selection at reasonable prices and good service
