  Went In to the store 4 days ago looking for a new bathroom. Helpful lady took my telephone Number and said someone would call me later to organize an appointment. As no one called after 4 days I rang the store and asked to speak with someone from the bathroom section which they did and it just rang and rang and rang. Got fed up hanging on so I re-dialled and explained to the person who answered that I didn't get a reply from from my previous call and they said they would go and find someone from that department. Waited on phone for ages so again I put the phone down. If this is the way they treat customers with a potential order in the region of £5K I would not be at all confident giving them an order. I will not be ringing them again M Rowley

  Not a good example of a B&Q store from product range or staffing. Be prepared to wait in a que, they can be very reluctant to open additional tills. As refunds and queries seem to be done at the till, you can get stuck behind another customer. They lack experienced staff, and love to clutter aisles making it impossible to move trolley when loaded with bulky items.
